Financial Management

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Conduct regular, standing meetings with customer executives and internal business partners.
  • Support efforts related to recruiting, Agent and Training.
  • Develop, revise and update policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Prepare and submit intake forms for new business contacts.
  • Provide support and advice to internal stakeholders on a range of product policies and processes.
  • Work independently with key stakeholders to identify and address client needs in a collaborative approach.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned business unit (Branch Office), their goals, and key milestones.
  • Render judgments and make timely decisions in alignment with business objectives.
  • Work with leaders to embed team structures, role clarity, goal alignment and other measures.
  • Partner with leaders to develop people strategies to further their business objectives.
  • SBA as leaders to develop Agent strategies to further their business objectives.
  • Serve as last point of contact for customer relationship management.
  • Identify efforts that will have the greatest strategic impact.
