Roles & Responsibility:
- Conduct regular, standing meetings with customer executives and internal business partners.
- Support efforts related to recruiting, Agent and Training.
- Develop, revise and update policies and procedures as necessary.
- Prepare and submit intake forms for new business contacts.
- Provide support and advice to internal stakeholders on a range of product policies and processes.
- Work independently with key stakeholders to identify and address client needs in a collaborative approach.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned business unit (Branch Office), their goals, and key milestones.
- Render judgments and make timely decisions in alignment with business objectives.
- Work with leaders to embed team structures, role clarity, goal alignment and other measures.
- Partner with leaders to develop people strategies to further their business objectives.
- SBA as leaders to develop Agent strategies to further their business objectives.
- Serve as last point of contact for customer relationship management.
- Identify efforts that will have the greatest strategic impact.
